Excerpt from Habaka KFJ’s official website

International vocalist Habaka (KFJ), affectionately known as The Panther of Cremona during her two decades in Italy, sought to re-establish her music career in the U.S. in 2016. Through Exclusif Spark, her journey has been shaped by consistent strategic planning and creative direction, giving her clarity and structure while preparing for new opportunities in the American music scene.

Since 2016, we’ve collaborated through phone and Zoom meetings across states, building strategic plans and brand development strategies that expanded her visibility, sharpened her brand identity, and created lasting impact. Together, we’ve:

  • Produced multimedia music videos — from castle concerts in Italy to U.S. concert cruises.

  • Featured her as a monthly columnist in The Promoter Magazine, expanding her reach as a vocal health coach.

  • Produced her original web series 8 Track Mind with Habaka, streamed on EEWB-TV Network and later on Inception Streaming.

  • Strategized her journey to a radio show with T-Rex Radio (UK/Canada), where she now serves as Vice President.

  • Supported her recognition through awards and international honors that strengthened her legacy.

Habaka continues to perform internationally and share her gratitude publicly through posts, referrals, and features, a testament to the power of long-term strategic planning, brand development, and creative partnerships.

From her latest CD Heritage Blue, released on Husky Tone Records: Ain’t No Love in the Heart of the City. Sponsored by Occhiali Di Barbara, this performance was recorded live in the historic Noale Castle, Italy.

From Italy to International Recognition; a 7-Year Journey of Strategy, Media, and Trust

Spotlight: Ursula Jennings

Styled By Ursula / Versatile Solutions

From stylist to multi-service entrepreneur; a 6-year journey of mindset and brand growth.

For over six years, I’ve partnered with Ursula Jennings, founder of Styled By Ursula / Versatile Solutions, supporting her growth through creative projects, brand development, and personal transformation.

Our work began with one-time services like promotional videos, video slides, and early brand identity consulting. But the turning point came with deeper mindset and confidence work. Like many entrepreneurs, Ursula navigated the challenges of breaking old patterns and self-doubt that often hold business owners back. Through the PFS™ Initiative and media talent training, she gained clarity, assertiveness, and confidence — tools that fueled her expansion.

Together, we developed her web series Revamp Your Style, where she interviewed professionals on branding, fashion, and business success. This positioned her not only as a stylist but also as a thought leader. Her visibility soon extended internationally: when UK publicist Diane Hinds discovered my work through Habaka, she later reached out about Ursula — leading to Ursula’s own international interview.

Today, Ursula has expanded her services to include business etiquette and back-office solutions, and she is preparing to step into our 4-Stage Structure for her next level of growth. Her journey continues as she steps into leadership roles within Spark Forward and Spark Membership, bringing her full circle while positioning her for the next level of growth.

Through these efforts, Ursula has not only strengthened her own business foundation but also inspired others in her community to pursue growth with confidence.

Spotlight: Alicia Small

A. Small & Associates Realty

From video storytelling to full-scale brand strategy, transforming a realty presence.

For more than six years, I’ve partnered with Realtor Alicia Small to help expand her brand visibility and client engagement.

We began with a series of promotional videos, including a video business card and a live-action commercial filmed across four locations. The premiere event at her realty office drew a packed house, including the broker and his wife. Together, we produced multiple versions — a 2-minute feature, a 60-second spot, and even a blooper reel that showcased her personality.

The success of these projects led Alicia to invite me to join her team as Marketing Specialist for A. Small & Associates Realty. From there, we:

  • Created processes and systems through the PFS™ Initiative to strengthen operations.

  • Managed a one-year social media campaign with over 300 custom assets — graphics, videos, cartoon strips, hashtag campaigns, and more.

  • Increased Facebook visibility by 1,200% and engagement by nearly 300%, making Alicia instantly recognizable in her community.

  • Secured sponsorships, including apparel by Grand Life Athlete Wear (owner Demond Caldwell), and in collaboration with Alicia Small, support from JP & Associates Magnolia Group (owners Andy & Kristen Brumbaugh)

The campaign was so effective that strangers began approaching Alicia on the street, telling her they’d seen her posts and videos. Our work not only transformed her company’s visibility but also positioned her as a standout name in her market.

Spotlight: Tiffany Josie

Pop/R&B Artist

From polished visuals to industry recognition, building an artist brand.

I worked with Tiffany Josey and her management team for about a year, focusing on both her creative presence and brand foundation. Together, we built projects and strategies that showcased her talent and prepared her for industry growth.

Highlights of our collaboration included:

  • Several foundational strategic planning consultations with Tiffany and her management team.

  • A live-action music video filmed over three days at six locations.

  • A 3-minute micro-film parody, Sugah, inspired by 1970s Christi Love style.

  • Theater and stage training sessions to polish her stage presence and confidence.

  • A second micro-film project to strengthen her acting while promoting her upcoming CD single release party.

Her single was released under our Exclusif Records division, supported by a custom sponsorship packet and branded promotional materials.

That packet helped secure sponsorship from acclaimed actress and singer Maria Howell (The Color Purple, Revolution, Saints & Sinners). In her feedback, Maria Howell noted that it was among the best she had seen, highly attractive, polished, and professional.

This season of collaboration remains a testament to the power of strategy and storytelling in shaping an artist’s launch — creating impact that continues to reflect the strength of her brand foundation.”
